    Aging well includes maintaining flexibility and strength. When you are working out, remember to include exercises for your core (abdominals and back), be sure to stretch before and after your workouts, and maintain good strength levels. You don’t have to lift really heavy weights to maintain a reasonable amount of strength, but you will have to work those muscles to keep the tissue active.
