Do you ever get stuck in that hamster wheel of negative thoughts or scenes where you have had an argument and you keep trying to find a resolution? Well, exercise can help you break that cycle. A nice 30 minute walk is a good way to enjoy some fresh air and reset your mind to more positive thoughts and images.
